10 DAY SKIN DETOX PROGRAM at Home

Fasting - 3 days (Optional)
You will start the program with 3 days of fasting using the Swedish Fasting Concept. Skin Detox - 7 days
After the 3 days of fasting, you will continue the next 7 days with Skin Detox tea. The tea is an excellent and mild blend of herbs that helps to promote healthy skin by detoxing the pores. This blend allows toxins to be fully released from the pores rather than being released into other internal body systems. The tea also helps to improve acne or inflamed skin. Drink this tea blend at night and save a small amount in the refrigerator for the morning rituals. Every morning you will apply the tea as a facial toner with a cotton pad after cleansing the face and before applying the rest of your daily skin care regime.
